SIPA Spotlight: Graduate Focuses on Building Peace

Twenty-seven year old Monique Tuyisenge-Onyegbula (MIA '10)
has already witnessed four wars in Rwanda, Cote dIvoire, Iraq and
Afghanistan. It has been a long journey for Tuyisenge-Onyegbula.
Her goal: To help bring peace to communities affected by violence.
